Terms And Conditions
- All party approvals are at the discretion of Coastline Aquatics.
- Coastline Aquatics reserves the right to require more lifeguards than listed in the Google Form if deemed necessary. Company will provide safety information on how the decision was rendered.
- Events must be booked with 7 days notice to be reviewed and considered.
- Coastline Aquatics considers a party any event that has more than 12 member/non-members gathering at the facility during pool hours. Any event, regardless of number of members/non-members, outside of pool hours is also considered a party.
- Gathering of 12 or more members only STILL requires booking if the members plan to use the deck to host an event: i.e. cake, presents, band, etc. If a gathering of members would like to attend the pool together without use of the deck for an event, then normal check-in procedures will be followed.
- Guest of the event are defined by anyone entering the facility! Swimmer and non-swimmers.
- Any teenage or college event will have one (1) non-swimming chaperon for every ten (10) party participants.
- Any party including alcohol will require an additional lifeguard.
- Coastline Aquatics will not approve a party past 11:00 pm without HOA/Club's additional approval.
- All parties and special events must comply with your HOA/Club's policies. For example, if your facility prohibits alcohol consumption during the day, then alcohol consumption will be prohibited during the event; unless prior approval is obtained by HOA/Club's management. Any approval from HOA/Club must be in a written form of communication and sent over to the agent assisting in your request.
- All and any HOA/Club's that require additional paperwork and fees, will be the responsibility of the member requesting event.
- Inclement Weather Policy: Please contact staffing@coastline-aquatics.com and info@coastline-aquatics.com at least two (2) hours prior to the start of the party, if you choose to cancel or reschedule for any reason. Refunds will only be given if advance notice of your desire to cancel or reschedule is given prior to scheduled guard's arrival.
For insurance and liability reasons, there are NO exceptions to the above policies!
Upon the completion of booking your party or special event, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your party request; this DOES NOT guarantee that your party has been approved. A member of our team will be with you as soon as possible. At that time, they will collect any additional information that is needed, send it over to your local HOA/Club representative for approval, and then issue the invoice for the event. Once the invoice is paid, lifeguard staff will be scheduled and we will provide you with final confirmation.
