Terms and Conditions for Special Events

  • Approval and Staffing: All party approvals are at our discretion. We reserve the right to require more lifeguards than initially listed if we deem it necessary for safety.
  • Booking Requirements: Events must be booked with at least 7 days' notice to be considered.
  • Definition of a Party: Any event with more than 12 members or non-members is considered a party during pool hours. This also applies to any event, regardless of the number of guests, held outside of pool hours.
  • Guest and Chaperone Rules: Anyone entering the facility is considered a guest. For teenage or college events, one non-swimming chaperone is required for every ten participants. Any event with alcohol will require an additional lifeguard.
  • Cancellations: For a refund, you must notify us at least two hours before the party starts if you need to cancel or reschedule due to inclement weather or any other reason.
  • Booking Process: A confirmation email only acknowledges receipt of your request and does not guarantee approval. An agent will contact you to finalize details, obtain necessary HOA/Club approvals, and issue an invoice. Your event is confirmed only after the invoice is paid and lifeguard staff has been scheduled.
